Cabinet Regulation No. 343 of 2010 on Large Dimension and Heavyweight Carriage

This Regulation prescribes the procedures for issuing permits for large dimension and heavyweight carriage, the procedures for carrying out such carriage, and the cases when the permit is not necessary. The Regulation shall apply to carriage (movement along roads) in which the dimensions, actual mass or axle load of the motor vehicle or its composition driving along a road (street) with or without freight or passengers exceed the values referred to in Annex 2 to Cabinet Regulation No. 279 of 2 June 2015, Road Traffic Regulations. The Regulation further provides for carriage of divisible large dimension and heavyweight freights of timber and agricultural products.
