Cabinet Regulation No. 383 of 2013 on Energy Certification of Buildings

The Regulation prescribes the procedures for energy certification of buildings; a sample of energy performance certificate of a building and a temporary energy performance certificate of a building, the procedures for registration and the system for the comparability of energy performance of buildings; the classification system for energy performance of buildings; the energy performance requirements and the requirements for the use of high efficiency systems for nearly zero-energy buildings; and the procedures and time periods for inspection of heating systems, an effective rated output of boilers of which exceeds 20 kW, and of air conditioning systems, an effective rated output of which exceeds 12 kW.
