Cabinet Regulation No. 388 of 2014 on Categories and Marking Requirements for Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Requirements and Procedures for Managing Such Waste Equipment

The Regulation prescribes categories of electrical and electronic equipment (Annexes 1 and 2); the marking requirements for the equipment; the requirements to be conformed to for the provision of information to consumers and waste equipment treatment, re-use, recycling, and recovery facility operators, and also the requirements for informing the general public and the European Commission; the requirements for the collection and treatment of waste equipment; and the quantities and periods of time for the collection, re-use, treatment, and recovery of waste equipment, and also the procedures for the provision of a report on the performance of such work.
