Abstract
The Regulation prescribes the environmental protection requirements laid down for the operation of service stations, oil terminals and tank containers. More specifically, it lays down rules for protection of groundwater of service stations and oil terminals; anti-seepage cover; stage I and stage II petrol vapour recovery systems at service stations; capture, recovery and storage of petrol vapour at oil terminals and during the transportation of fuel from a service stations to an oil terminal; environmental requirements for service stations intended for the fuelling of yachts and other small-size vessels; operation of tanks and pipelines of service stations and oil terminals; and general environmental protection requirements for the operation of service stations and oil terminals.
