Abstract
The Regulation prescribes the procedures for the granting, administration and monitoring of state and European Union aid for the supply of fruit, vegetables and milk to educational institutions. Specifically, it provides for conditions for the granting of state and European Union aid and the approval of applicants for aid; granting of the right to supply; calculation of the state and European Union aid; and granting and monitoring of the state and European Union aid.
