Abstract
The Regulation prescribes the procedure by which an investigation of marine casualties and marine incidents in the maritime safety aspect shall take place. After receipt of information regarding a marine casualty or incident, the Investigation Bureau shall perform an initial assessment of the marine casualty or incident. If necessary, the State Environmental Service shall assess whether the event has caused serious harm to the environment.
