Cabinet Regulation No. 727 of 2014 on Implementation of the Operational Program "Provision of Food and Basic Material Assistance to the Most Deprived Persons in the 2014-2020 Planning Period"

The Regulations prescribe the procedures for the implementation of the European Aid Fund for the Most Deprived Persons - Operational Program "Provision of Food and Basic Material Assistance to the Most Deprived Persons in the 2014-2020 Programming Period". Specifically, it provides for (1) persons who have the right to receive food and basic material assistance and to participate in additional measures; (2) requirements for the content, quality, delivery, storage and distribution of food and basic material assistance goods; (3) the procedure for organizing the selection of partner organizations and the evaluation of applicants for partner organizations; (4) the content of the agreement or agreement entered into with the co-operation institution regarding the distribution of food and basic material assistance goods and the implementation of additional measures, the procedure for the conclusion, amendment and termination thereof; (5) the conditions and procedures for the eligibility of costs and the application of simplified costs; and (6) the procedure by which funds for the implementation of the fund are planned in the state budget.
