Abstract
The Ministry of Climate and Energy is the leading state administrative institution in the field of climate policy and energy policy. The Ministry is the highest authority for private individuals to whom an administrative task has been delegated and who, when performing the specific task, are subordinate to the Ministry, if the law or Cabinet of Ministers regulations do not stipulate otherwise. The Ministry has the following functions: (a) develops a climate policy; (b) develop an energy policy; (c) organizes and coordinates the implementation of policy; and (d) performs other functions specified in external regulatory acts.
