Cabinet Regulation No. 866 of 2020 on Terms and Conditions for Issuing Short-Term Export Credit Guarantees to Merchants and Relevant Agricultural Service Cooperatives

These Regulations prescribe the conditions for the issue of settlement guarantees for short-term export credit transactions to merchants and agricultural service cooperative societies within the meaning of regulatory enactments regulating commercial activities and the activities of agricultural service cooperative societies. Joint Stock Company "Development Financial Institution Altum" shall issue guarantees. The European Regional Development Fund 2007-2013 shall be used to finance the guarantees, to cover the management costs of Altum and to cover losses (as a matter of priority).
