Cabinet Regulation No. 898 validating the forms of request for confirmation of land registers.

This Regulation determines the forms of the request for confirmation and the samples of the request for confirmation forms. The applicant for confirmation submits a request for confirmation to the district (city) court in order to register real estate and building rights in the land register and to confirm, amend or cancel the rights related to it. There are the following forms of request for confirmation: (a) confirmation request for recording real estate in the land register (Appendix 1 ); (b) confirmation request for amendment or deletion of rights (Appendix 2); (c) confirmation request for confirmation of a new right ( Appendix 3 ); (d) confirmation request for mortgage confirmation ( Appendix 4 ); (e) confirmation request for connecting real estate (Appendix 5); (f) confirmation request for real distribution of joint ownership or separation of real estate (Appendix 6); (g) confirmation request for confirmation of rent or lease rights (Appendix 7); (h) confirmation request for recording a mark (Appendix 8); (i) confirmation request for registration, amendment or deletion of construction rights (Appendix 9); (j) request for confirmation of the right to confirm, amend or delete the building right in the partition (Appendix 10); (k) request for confirmation of building, water use or road servitude or security of this right or amendment and registration in the Real Estate State Cadastre Information System (Appendix 11); and (l) confirmation request for the separation of the expropriated land plot of the forcibly divided property and its addition to the partition of the land register of the multi-apartment residential building (Appendix 12).
