Cabinet Regulation No. 905 of 2012 on Procedures for the Granting and Cancellation of the Status of a Resort

This Regulation prescribes the procedures by which the administrative territory of a local government or a part thereof shall be granted or cancelled the status of a resort; a local government shall submit an application for granting the status of a resort and the information to be included therein; and a local government shall provide a report on the development and environmental quality indicators of a resort provided for in the spatial development planning documents.
