Abstract
The National Cultural Heritage Board is an institution of direct administration under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture which implements the national policy in the field of protection of cultural monuments. The Board shall have the following functions to implement the protection of cultural monuments; and to manage the cultural monuments in the State territory.
