Abstract
The Regulation prescribes the requirements for the placing of plant protection products on the market, the criteria to be set for sales locations, the requirements for trading, bringing in, bringing out, storage and transportation of plant protection products, the duties of vendors thereof and plant protection advisors, the procedures for the provision of information to a purchaser of a plant protection product and the content thereof, as well as the procedures for the control of the handling of plant protection products. Matters related to the provision of authorisation for the placing of plant protection products on the market shall be regulated by Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives 79/117/EEC and 91/414/EEC. Supervision and control of compliance with this Regulation is performed by the State Plant Protection Service.
