Decree No. 302 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on acknowledgement and registration of persons involved in circulation of animal feedstuffs and requirements set therefore.

This Decree establishes the modalities of acknowledgement and registration of persons involved in circulation of animal feedstuffs (manufacturing, packaging, storage, import and trade) and requirements set therefore. Food and Veterinary Service shall be authorized state competent body for the aforesaid registration. Each registered person shall be attributed persona registration reference number. Only registered person shall be authorized to perform the aforesaid activities.
