Decree No. 316 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on import to the national territory of waste for recycling, and also on import and transit of waste.

This Decree establishes the modalities of import to the national territory of waste for recycling, and also on import and transit of waste in accordance with the modalities set forth by Council Regulation (EEC) No. 259/93 on the supervision and control of shipments of waste within, into and out of the European Community. The functions of the competent authority in the aforesaid sphere shall be performed by Lielriga regional environmental protection body.
