Decree No. 384 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on technical supervision over storage facilities for storage of inflammable, explosive and hazardous substances and supervision over trade thereof.

This Decree establishes the modalities of technical supervision over storage facilities for storage of inflammable, explosive and hazardous substances related to storage modalities in order to avoid risks for human health, life and natural environment. It shall be applicable to radioactive substances and equipment, oil and gas storage facilities. The aforesaid facilities must ensure safe storage of hazardous substances for the whole projected period of service. The Decree gives detailed description and classification of various types of storage facilities.
