Decree No. 400 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on certification of physical persons performing examination of animals, care thereof, artificial insemination and transplantation of embryos of pedigree animals, and also import and export of pedigree breeding material.

This Decree establishes the modalities of certification of physical persons performing examination of animals, care thereof, artificial insemination and transplantation of embryos of pedigree animals, and also import and export of pedigree breeding material by Certification Commission authorized by the Minister of Agriculture. In order to obtain certified attestation the applicant shall submit to the Commission the following documentation: (a) application; (b) copy of documentation attesting professional education; (c) copy of document attesting successful examination in accordance with the program validated by the Minister of Agriculture; (d) copy of document attesting professional training and qualification.
