Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of issuance by regional environmental body of technical requirements for activities that do not require environmental impact assessment (EIA) but for performance of which technical requirements are mandatory, and defines the contents of the aforesaid technical requirements. The applicant must submit request containing data and information related to utilized technology, raw materials with the description of all hazardous chemical substances, annual production output, and waste and emission estimates.
