Decree No. 978 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 243 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation for recycling of end-of life motor vehicles.

Item 3.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Latvian Agency for environment, geology and meteorology shall prepare and forward to the European Commission (in accordance with the established report form) reports on situation on Latvian market of motor vehicles, end-of-life motor vehicles, and the amount of used and recycled motor vehicles. The aforesaid reports shall be submitted within 18 months after the end of reported period”.
