Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The document determines the registration procedures for plant protection products. Evaluation of a plant protection product shall be prepared by observing the following principles: the efficacy and phytotoxicity shall be assessed for each intended use of the plant protection product, identifying and evaluating possible risks and its effect on humans, animals and environment; agricultural conditions, spread of the harmful organisms and environmental (also climatic) conditions in the territories intended for use of the plant protection product. The State Plant Protection Service shall take a decision to register a plant protection product or to refuse registration on the basis of an evaluation and recommendations of the plant protection product registration commission within a period of one year from the submission of the documents and information referred to in the paragraph 8 of the present Regulation to the State Plant Protection Service by the applicant for registration.
