Instruction No. 1 of the Ministry of Agriculture on documentation required for propagation of fish resources.

These instructions determine the drawing up of documentation regarding recording and release of fish with respect to the release of young fish into bodies of water, intended for the purposes of realisation of the State budget sub-program “Fish Resource Enhancement”, augmentation of fish resources and compensation of losses. The documentation for propagation of fish resources shall be drawn up in accordance with Annexes 5 and 6, if the recording and release into bodies of water performed is of such young fish as have been propagated in accordance with: (a) fishery exploitation regulations for bodies of water; (b) measures for the compensation of losses of fish resource determined in a fishery expert-examination; or (c) agreements entered into separately on propagation of fish resources.
