Abstract
Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Natural persona, foreign nationals, shall be authorized to perform non-commercial artisanal fishing in the waters of Latvia in accordance with artisanal fishing rules and other provisions regulating non-commercial artisanal fishing”.
