Abstract
Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Latvian Republic the state shall have sovereign right to fisheries, fishery management, exploration, research, conservation and reproduction of fishery resources and supervision over them while the rights of other member-states of the European Union shall be set forth by the respective legal acts of the European Union”.
