Law amending Fishery Law.

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “If local government has been granted the right of fishery management in waterbodies located on the territory thereof the shall validate mandatory rules for licensing of artisanal fishing in waterbodies for which is established fishing in accordance with particular authorization (fishing licence)”.
