Abstract
Article 44 shall be amended to add the following wording: «State police shall issue permit for import, export or transit of firearms or ammunition or accordingly European certificate to firearms holders to natural persona exclusively for transportation across the border of the Latvian Republic of sport and hunting fireams and ammunition thereto».
