Law amending Law on Land Privatization in Rural Areas (1992).

Article 29 shall be amended to add the following wording: Restrictions to transactions involving land Properties shall be applicable to land in the protective zones of public waterbodies and watercourses, except for territories where construction is planned according to the territorial planning of the municipality; agricultural and forest land, with the exception of territories where construction is planned in accordance with the territorial planning of the municipality, if the area of agricultural and forest land owned and acquired at the time of conclusion of the transaction and after the transaction does not exceed five hectares in total.
