Abstract
This Law establishes that an application to initiate an administrative process in the Service shall be submitted in the form of structured data online in the Forest State Register. A private person, using the online service created in the Forest State Register, can authorize another person to submit an application in the form of structured data to the Forest State Register and receive administrative acts in the administrative process. Authorizations are recorded in the State Forest Register in the form of structured data. The Service notifies the person of the issued administrative act, including adverse administrative act, and other decisions, documents and information online in the Forest State Register, while sending them to the user's official electronic address, if the person has an activated account of this address, or to the specified electronic mail address, if the person has not activated an official electronic address account.
