Abstract
Cadastral value shall be intended a value determined for a cadastral object in the process of mass evaluation in monetary terms, which indicates the economic benefit. If the registration of a cadastral object or the updating of cadastral data is initiated using an online form, the initiator shall be identified using the electronic identification means available therein. Application submitted in this way can be exempted from signing with a secure electronic signature. Data or documents specified in regulatory acts shall be attached to the application. The State Land Service provides free access to generally available current data on cadastral objects (except for the information describing the premises and the improvements of the group of premises) on the website where open data is published. The preparation and issuance of cadastral information in other ways is a paid service, except for the cases specified in this Law, when the provision of information is free of charge and it does not coincide with the information available in the form of open data.
