Abstract
The patent register is maintained in electronic form and made public on the website of the Patent Board. The patent register is managed by the Patent Board. The entry in the patent register has public credibility. The entry in the patent register is kept indefinitely. A claim for infringement or annulment of a European patent or a claim for infringement or invalidation of an additional protection certificate granted in relation to a product protected by a European patent may be submitted to a court in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Procedure Law, in accordance with Article 83 of the Agreement on the Establishment of the Unified Patent Court, until May 31, 2030.
