Law on Execution of Confiscation of Criminally Acquired Property (2017)

The purpose of the Law shall be ensuring an efficient execution of confiscation of criminally acquired property by satisfying the claims of victims which are substantiated by enforcement documents submitted to the record-keeping of a sworn bailiff. When enforcing a court ruling or a public prosecutor's decision or penal order on confiscation of the property, the Law on Bailiffs and the Civil Procedure Law shall be applied in so far as it is otherwise provided for in this Law.
