Law on the Management of the Programmes of the Objective “European Territorial Cooperation” of the European Structural and Investment Funds to be Implemented within the Scope of the European Neighbourhood Instrument

The Law determines the management of the following programmes: (1) Latvia–Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme; and (2) Latvia–Lithuania–Belarus Cross-Border Cooperation Programme. The Law applies to the 2014-2020 planning period. The purpose of the Law is to determine the programme management in Latvia which is effective, transparent, and conforming to the principles of sound financial management, insofar it is not determined by the directly applicable legal acts of the European Union.
