Law on the Privatization of Agricultural Enterprises and Fishery Collective Farms.

This Law concerns the privatization of cooperative and State agricultural enterprises as well as fishery collective farms. The 20 paragraphs are divided into 4 Chapters: General conditions (1); The capital part determination of the enterprise to be privatized and the property stock-taking list (2); Enterprises privatization procedure (3); Rights of the capital part owners and the peculiarities of the privatized enterprise transformation, activities and liquidation (4).
Paragraph 4 prescribes rules for the assessment of enterprises to be privatized. Each owner of a capital part shall be given a certificate of the value of his or her capital part of the enterprise capital (para. 10). Paragraph 16 provides for the rights of confirmed capital part owners.
