Law On Procedures for Tree Felling in Forest Land Allocated to Natural Persons for Permanent Use.

Natural persons to whom the land has been allocated for permanent use and land boundaries have been determined on site in accordance with the procedures specified in law have the right: (a) to fell trees on delimiting boundaries; (b) to fell trees damaged by pests or diseases if leaving them endangers the particular stand or neighbouring stands; and (c) to fell dry trees and windthrown trees. The aforesaid rights shall be exercised if they are not restricted by special regulatory enactments regarding specially protected nature territories (national parks, nature reserves, and similar.).
