Abstract
This Law provides for the social protection of the participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl atomic power plant and persons who suffered due to the accident at the Chernobyl atomic power plant. Among others, it provides for the determination and registration of the status of participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl APP and persons who suffered due to the accident at the Chernobyl APP; reimbursement for damage and state social benefit; and medical assistance.
