Law on Support of Innovative Entrepreneurship and Priority Projects.

The scope of the Law is to increase export-oriented investments and create an environment for testing and testing innovative products, technologies and services, thereby promoting the development of the national economy. The priority project is implemented in one of the following areas: (a) knowledge-intensive bioeconomy; (b) biomedicine, medical technology, pharmacy; (c) photonics and smart materials, technologies and engineering systems; (d) smart energy, mobility and net zero emission technologies; (e) information and communication technologies; (f) tourism and international events; and (g) ensuring the operation of international business service centers and providing services. Priority projects are evaluated in priority order and within the deadline. The Cabinet of Ministers determines: (a) the qualification criteria of priority projects and the conditions and procedures for granting and losing the status of priority projects; (b) procedures for submission, evaluation, implementation and monitoring of priority projects; (c) an institution that provides a single point of contact for servicing priority projects and exchanging information; (d) procedures for informing the participating institutions; (e) the list of public services to be provided within the tasks of the state administration and the conditions for the coordination of the necessary activities in order to ensure the provision of the relevant services in priority order and on time for priority projects; and (f) the procedure by which the institutions of a public person, a capital company controlled by a public person or a merchant providing public service, infrastructure or other investments ensure the necessary means and services for the implementation of the priority project.
