Abstract
This Regulation determines: (a) which are the total household expenses for housing, as well as the conditions for calculating these expenses and the procedure for determining the households in the target group, which are entitled to receive support for the reduction of fees for state support for Energy Supply Costs; and (b) the conditions under which support can be provided to households for the reduction of fees for the consumed energy resources. Households whose average monthly income per household member in the last 12-month period does not exceed the income calculated in accordance with the Annex are entitled to receive fee reductions for the consumed electricity, natural gas, centralized heat energy and decentralized fuel. Households whose address does not comply with the rules on addressing cannot receive a fee reduction for fuel. Household users and users with households in the electrified facility shall be subject to a fee reduction of eight euros for the amount of the bill for the consumed electricity, including value added tax, but not including the fee for system services. Users whose electrified facilities have households are obliged to apply for the support applied to the invoice amount applicable to households. Household users and users of heat energy whose premises are households are subject to a fee reduction for centralized heat supply services provided using the centralized heat supply system.
