This Regulation establishes the modalities of entry and safe navigation in the defined area of water of Riga Harbour. Positioning of fishing gear in the harbourage must be coordinated with the harbour master. Fishing gear must be positioned at a distance of no less than 100 metres from the boundaries of the navigating channel with prior information of the harbour inspector. Fishing gear shall be marked.
