This Law, comprising 10 articles, seeks to govern tribal lands and wells in Libya, ensuring equitable ownership, usage, and dispute resolution. It mandates that unregistered tribal lands and wells become state property, revokes registrations based on tribal disputes committee decisions, and defines the scope of tribal lands. Upon enactment, possession of disputed lands and wells will be terminated, regardless of the issuing body's decisions.
