Abstract
This Law consisting of 6 articles aims to transfer to the Agricultural Development Council a number of agricultural development projects, with all their equipment, machines, and facilities, encompassing land reclamation, afforestation, pasture development, and agricultural infrastructure construction across various regions and multiple valleys. The Council of Ministers shall establish a committee to oversee the receipt and delivery of these projects, including their equipment, machinery, and facilities. Additionally, Article 2 designates a fifth area for the Council's ongoing agricultural development efforts, encompassing all related projects. Employees and workers at the projects specified in Article 1 are transferred to the Agricultural Development Council with their current grades, salaries, and conditions, while financial allocations for these projects in the current fiscal year's development budget are also transferred to the Council.
