Abstract
This amendment, comprising 3 articles, introduces a provision at Article 7 concerning penalties, doubling the penalty for serious damage caused by violations of Articles 2, which pertain to cases permitting the slaughtering of female animals, and Article 7, which addresses cases permitting the cutting or eradication of trees and plants.
