Law No. 8 of 1998 regarding passage to farms and agricultural lands.

This Law consisting of 4 articles establishes the Committee for Traffic to Farms and Agricultural Lands responsible for (i) examining requests related to passage to farms and agricultural lands and deciding upon them in a way that enables the concerned parties to pass to their lands in order to exploit and use them in the usual manner; (ii) determining the location, length and width of these roads. The People’s Committee of the relevant locality is responsible for implementing the decisions of the Committee established by this Law.
