Abstract
This Amendment, comprised of 3 articles, stipulates in Article 1 that all restrictions outlined in the original Law regarding the drilling of water wells shall be lifted, with individuals conducting drilling operations mandated to adhere to technical specifications established by competent authorities to protect the underground reserve from pollution.
