Resolution of the Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Marine Resources No. (851) of 2017 AD regarding the inclusion of a provision in the health certificate related to the supply of plants and propagation materials.

This Resolution of 2 Articles establishes that suppliers of plant and propagation materials shipments from countries in which the presence of the Xylella fastidiosa bacterium has not been registered must present a phytosanitary certificate with an additional field stating that the plants or propagation materials samples were taken and subjected to tests according to the appropriate methods to verify that they are not affected by Xylella fastidiosa.
