Resolution No. 241 of 2025 approving incentives for companies whose products have obtained the Libyan Quality and Conformity Marks.

This Resolution consisting of 3 articles grants specific incentives to companies whose products obtain both the Libyan Quality Mark and the Conformity Mark issued by the National Center for Standards and Metrology. These incentives include (i) priority in government procurement; (ii) free access to standards and technical documents from the Center; (iii) a 25% reduction in fees for participating in exhibitions; (iv) facilitated customs procedures for raw materials used in the certified products; (v) promotion of these products through Libyan commercial attachés abroad to boost export opportunities. The National Center for Standards and Metrology is responsible for coordinating the necessary implementation measures.
