Resolution No. 272 of 2021 on the establishment of Marine and Coastal Natural Reserves.

This Resolution, comprised of 5 articles, seeks to safeguard habitats and natural environments conducive to diverse plant and animal life, while also nurturing the distinct human heritage associated with them. It achieves this by instituting several marine and coastal natural reserves as outlined in Article 2. Article 3 prohibits all activities that cause harm to the reserves established by this Resolution. The Ministry of Environment is responsible for taking all measures to set boundaries and distinctive signs for protected sites, as well as taking the necessary measures to implement the provisions of this Resolution.
