Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of 5 articles, aims to regulate Libya's trade of goods by detailing each item's name and Harmonized System (HS) Code. The goods are classified as follows: (i) items prohibited for export or re-export; (ii) goods restricted for export to the National Oil Corporation, its subsidiaries, and production-sharing companies; (iii) items prohibited for import, primarily related to foodstuffs; (iv) Article 4 outlines items whose import is restricted to specific entities listed alongside each item, and mainly concern pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, vaccines, fuels and gases, hunting rifles and their ammunition, their parts, and supplies.
