Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 8 articles aims to establish the Vegetable Fund aiming to conduct studies, prepare, arrange, coordinate, implement and monitor the planting of 100 million trees in various regions and cities of Libya according to approved plans. The Fund shall be managed by a Board of Directors, which includes a Chairman and specialized members, all appointed by the Prime Minister.
