Resolution No.17 of 2019 regarding specifying specifications and conditions for the supply of potato seeds.

This Resolution consisting of 3 articles aims at defining the specifications and the technical conditions to supply potato seeds established by the Steering Committee at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. Article 1 deals with technical conditions, in particular (i) producers; (ii) quantities; (iii) variety of potatoes; (iv) potato rank; (v) measurements in millimeters; (vi) ban of GMOs; (vii) free from germination and impurities; (viii) conditions for transport vehicles; and (ix) quarantine rules.
