It is established that the report made by agents of the office of water and forests is a lawful evidence unless the defendant proved its wrongness according to Article 65 of the Dahir 10/10/1917. The court when convicted the defendant for the misdemeanor of cutting down trees in the property of the forests office based on his confession it makes its decision, by which it confirmed the lower ruling, well grounded.
