Law No. 110 on firearms.

This Law establishes the modalities of state supervision over manufacturing, trade, purchase, storage, use import and export of firearms and ammunition. Individual firearms shall be classified hunting firearms as grooved and smoothbore firearms. This Law regulates, among other, transactions also of hunting firearms. Hunting firearms can be purchased and kept on condition of private ownership. All the firearms circulating on the national territory shall be recorded in the state national register of firearms.
